Same Day Appointments: A $25 surcharge applies for same-day appointments. Please contact us prior to booking at (716) 986-7871.

Appointments Outside Regular Hours: Appointments scheduled outside the hours of 10 AM to 6 PM incur a surcharge starting at $25 depending on the hour.

 

Punctuality: A 10-minute grace period is provided. A $25 late fee applies if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled depending on the schedule.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to transfer the deposit to a new booking. 

 

Rescheduling: A rescheduled deposit will be honored only once for all services. Rescheduling must occur within 30 days, or the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between clients.

Guest Policy: No additional guests are allowed. If you arrive with anyone else, you will be asked to reschedule.
